At MATTE Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
